Recycled Product
We are committed to reducing the amount of plastic used in the production process by designing our product to contain a component of recycled plastic packaging.
The company aims to produce clear plastic packaging (PET Bottle) that contains up to 50% of recycled plastic to replace and reduce its use of Virgin Plastic by 2030.

Sustainable Procurement
The company has a comprehensive procurement policy in place, and all suppliers are bound to implement the Supplier Business Ethics Plan. All suppliers must fulfil The Coca-Cola Company's criteria and conduct business with transparency, fairness, and adherence to societal ethical standards. while taking into account economic, social, and environmental implications and responsibilities, presenting documents and certificates to prove that business activities are transparent, and passing a quality inspection of raw materials or packaging containers to ensure compliance with The Coca-Cola Company standard.
Supplier Identification
Tier-1 Suppliers
Suppliers directly engaged with the company, delivering raw materials, packaging, or services essential to its production and operations.
Critical Tier-1 Suppliers
Suppliers with strategic importance and a direct business relationship with the company, identified based on:
- Top 80% in terms of total procurement volume
- Is sole supplier or provider of specialized materials that are not easily substitutable
Suppliers in this group are prioritized as Group A under the company’s supplier classification system (A: Critical / B: Key / C: General). They are subject to regular performance evaluation and reporting processes, such as monthly and quarterly reviews, with summary results communicated every six months.
Critical Non-Tier-1 Suppliers
Suppliers who do not directly transact with the company but play a crucial role in supply chain stability, such as upstream producers or suppliers to the company’s direct suppliers whose operations may impact product quality or supply continuity. These suppliers are identified through the Critical Supplier Non-Tier-1 Survey Form, conducted annually, and through biannual review meetings with Tier-1 suppliers to gather data and monitor relevant supplier status

Risk Management
The Risk Management and Sustainable Development Committee is responsible for supervising the Company’s risk management in accordance with the goals at the level accepted by the organization and specifying the risk management policy, with which all the staff shall comply, by assessing and managing risks, caused by internal or external factors, which cover all sides of risks: strategies, operations, finance, compliance with rules and regulations, and corruptive risks, in order to seek for appropriate care measures.

HaadThip has established a working group responsible for addressing potential emerging threats to the organization . To support the company and its business growth effectively and sustainably in response to a rapidly changing environment.
Future risks directly and indirectly related to the business supply chain are being analyzed and evaluated as part of the development of the company's plan to address emerging risks. This includes preparing preventive and corrective measures for potential risks. Additionally, the company prepares and educates its employees on the significance of addressing new risks and their potential impact on the business plan.
