Acknowledge the resignation of Miss Osarit Amatayakul from the Audit Committee and from the Board of Director due to her flailing health 2. Acknowledge the resignation of Miss Lilly Manabhongse from the Board of Director due to her flailing health 3. Approved and appointed Miss Smornluk Mahasmiti as a new Audit Committee Member,replacing Miss Osarit Amatayakul and will serve in this post for the remaining duration of Miss Osarit Amatayakul's term 4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Dumrongrugs Apibalsawasdi as a new Director, replacing Miss.Osarit Amatayakul and will serve in this post for the remaining duration of Miss Osarit Amatayakul's term 5. Approved and appointed Mr. Stephanus Nothnagel as a new Director, replacing Miss Lilly Manabhongse and will serve in this post for the remaining duration of Miss Lilly Manabhongse's term 6.
